目的:观察STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠甲状腺功能及组织学改变并观察疏肝健脾方的调节作用.初步探讨其作用机制。方法:雄性SD大鼠45只,随机分为正常(N)组、糖尿病模型(M)组、疏肝健脾方(c)组,每组各15只。治疗12周后,测定各组犬鼠B、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH水平,并观察甲状腺组织病理改变。结果:M组、C组的T1、T4、FT3、FT4均显著低于N组(P〈0.01);C纽的T4较M组高(P〈O.05):各组TSH水平无显著差异(P〉0.05);甲状腺组织显示M组、C组均符合甲减的病理特点.C组介于N组与M组之间。结论:STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠并发甲状腺功能减退,疏肝健脾方能提高糖尿病大鼠的甲状腺功能,可能对HPT轴有一定调节作用。
Objective To observe the thyroid function and histological change of the diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and the adjust action of "ShuGanJianPi Prescription" (SGJPP), preliminary discuss its mechanism. Methods 45 male SD rats, in which the normal (N)group, the diabetes model (M) group and the SGJPP (C) group were selected randomly. Determine T3, FT3, FT4, TSH level of each group and observe the thyroid change after 12-weeks treatment. Results T3,T4,FT3,FT4 of the M and C groups were noticeably below than the N group(P 〈 0.01), T4 of the C group was higher than the M group(P 〈 0.05) ;There was no significant difference of the TSH level between each group (P 〉 0.05) ; The thyroid tissue revealed that the characteristics of the thyroid of the M group and C group were in accord with hypothyroidism. The thyroid structure change of the treat groups was between the N group and the M group. Conclusion The diabetic rats induced by STZ were complicated by hypothyroidism, the "SGJPP" can improve the diabetic rats' thyroid function and might played a regulatory role on the HPT axis partly.
