目的:探讨十八反附子半夏同方配伍运用时药物的组成规律,分析其配伍特点。方法:通过收集历代附子半夏配伍方剂502首,运用关联规则的方法进行数据挖掘。结果:附子半夏同方配伍方剂的核心药物为人参、甘草、肉桂、茯苓、白术等,核心药对为半夏-附子、半夏-人参、人参-附子、半夏-肉桂等,核心药组为半夏-人参-附子、半夏-附子-甘草、半夏-附子-肉桂、半夏-茯苓-附子等;与半夏附子配伍同用相关度高的药对有当归-熟地、当归-白芍、黄芪-当归等。结论:提示附子半夏同方配伍的方剂多以温阳化痰为主,多配伍益气扶正、理气健脾、养血活血等药物。
This study was aimed to explore the compatibility rules of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata and Rhizoma Pinelliae belonging to the 18 forbidden incompatible pairs of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbs in formulas, and to analyze their compatibility characteristics. A total of 502 formulas containing both Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata and Rhizorna Pinelliae in all the past dynasties were collected to be mined by using association rules. The results showed that core herbs in the formulas containing Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata and Rhizoma Pinelliae are Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Cortex Cinnamomi, Poria, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephedae; the core pairs are Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata-Rhizoma Pinelliae, Rhizoma Pinelliae-Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng-Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata, Rhizoma Pinelliae-Cortex Cinnamorni; and the core groups are Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata-Radix et Rhizonut Ginseng-Rhizorna Pinelliae, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata-Rhizoma Pinelliae-Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Radix Aconiti Lateralis PraeparataRhizoma Pinelliae-Cortex Cinnamomi, Radix A coniti Lateralis Praeparata-Poria-Rhizoma Pinelliae. Besides, the compatible pairs including Radix Angelicae Sinensis-Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensi-Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali-Radix Angelicae Sinensis are of the highest support when cooperating with Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix A coniti Lateralis Praeparata. It was concluded that most of the formulas containing both Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata and Rhizoma PineUiae are for warming yang to resolve phlegm, which are usually combined with Chinese herbs for tonifying qi to strengthen the body resistance, regulating the flow of qi to invigorate the spleen, and nourishing and activating blood.
