基于复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,对企业声誉系统整体行为进行了论证,指出企业声誉系统是一个复杂适应系统。文中基于CAS理论中的回声模型,构建了企业声誉系统的行为模式。企业声誉系统中各个主体按照进攻、防御、条件交换、粘着、资源变换、选择性交换、条件复制、交叉复制、学习和创新能力等多种能力在匹配能力、匹配速度和匹配时间这三维空间中相互作用。文中揭示了企业声誉系统主体之间相互作用的机理,旨在为企业声誉的研究提供一定的理论支持。
Based on the complex adaptive system(CAS) theory, this paper demonstrates the overall behavior of corporate reputation system and points out that the corporate reputation system is a complex adaptive system. The paper builds a behavior model for the corporate reputation system based on the echo model of CAS. Each main part of corporate reputation system interacts in 3D spaces of matching capability, matching speed and matching time through various abilities such as action, defense, condition exchange, adhesion, resource transformation, selective exchange, condition duplication, cross duplication, learning and innovation ability. The paper reveals the mechanism of interaction between main parts of corporate reputation system in the purpose of providing valid theoretical support for the study on corporate reputation.
