Based on the new curriculum reform in education and the national outline for medium-and long-term educational reform and development,puts the theory research and the practice topic about chemistry curriculum target ＂process and method＂.The implementation strategies of ＂process and method＂ goals in chemistry teaching process were discussed with analysising overall objectives of the middle school chemistry curriculum in the process and the method and comparing the traditional chemical ＂lessons ＂and the chemistry teaching design.
