基于组织学习和社会资本理论,由于一个行业知识基础的复杂性、宽泛性和专业技术的分散性,创新更多地是在学习网络中产生。企业间合作的大规模性反映了一个基本的、普遍的对接近知识的关注。提出了通过联盟网络实现组织学习的观点,并研究外部网络、内部能力、技术创新和组织柔性之间的关系。
Based on interorganizational learning and social capital theory, innovation sources from learning network because the industry knowledge is complex and wide and professional technology is disperse. The scope expanding of collaboration exhibits basic and prevalent focus on the acquisition of external knowledge. Therefore, through alliance networks the implementation and realization of interorganizational learning is proposed. And the relationships among internal capabilities, external network, technological innovation and organizational flexibility are discussed.
