脱落酸(ABA)是一种植物激素,在植物生长发育及对逆境胁迫的响应等方面具有重要的作用.ABA多种生理功能的实现依赖于细胞内ABA水平的动态平衡及其复杂而精细的调控机制.从ABA的生物合成、羟基化分解、葡萄糖基化失活与ABA-葡萄糖酯去糖基活化及转运等方面综述了植物体内ABA动态平衡的分子机制,展望了 ABA动态平衡研究的发展前景.
Abscisic acid (ABA) is a phytohormone that plays critical roles in various biological processesand environmental stress responses. The diverse functions of ABA depend on ABA homeostasis in vivo andcomplex regulatory mechanisms. In this paper, the molecular mechanism of ABA homeostasis is reviewedfrom the aspects of ABA biosynthesis , ABA hydroxylation degradation, ABA inactivation ( glycosylation),deglycosylation of ABA-GE and transport of ABA in vivo. The future development of study on ABA homeostasisis envisaged.
