Hydrazide derivatives is a kind of chiral separation reagent which is important in preparing optically pure spiro-dione, so it is very significant to the research of the structure of hydrazide derivatives. Chiral separation reagent R-（＋）-α-phenylethylamine oxalyl- hydrazide was studied by Raman spectroscopy in this paper, and its vibration wavenumbers were assigned to further confirmed its structure.
