目的:探讨microRNA-184(MIR-184)在肾细胞癌发生过程中的作用。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)技术检测MIR-184在51例不同阶段肾癌及其癌旁组织中的相对表达量,并分析其表达量与肾癌患者年龄、性别及临床分期的相关性。结果:MIR-184在肾癌组织的平均表达量为-14.664 6±5.362 4,在相应癌旁组织中的平均表达量为-10.408 7±3.482 7,MIR-184在肾癌与癌旁组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。以MIR-184在肾癌组织中表达量的平均值-14.664 6为界,将患者分为MIR-184低表达组和MIR-184高表达组,同时分别按照年龄、性别、临床分期将患者分为3组。卡方检验统计分析结果显示:癌组织中MIR-184的表达高低与患者的年龄、性别及肾癌的临床分期均没有相关性(具体概率分别为:P〉0.30,P〉0.99,P〉0.30)。结论:MIR-184在肾癌发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。
Objective: To explore the role of microRNA-18 4(MIR-184) in the development of renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods: The expressions of MIR-184 in 51 patients with RCC Investigated,normal adjacent tissues(ADTs) matched by fluorescence quantitative PCR technology(RT-qPCR) and the correlations analyzed between MIR-184 expression and the age,gender and clinical stage of RCC patients.Results: The average expression of MIR-184 in RCC was-14.664 6±5.362 4,while that in ADTs was-10.408 7±3.482 7(P〈0.01).Bounded with the MIR-184 expression in RCC,patients were divided into lower-expression group and higher expression group.Meanwhile,the RCC patients were divided into three groups according to the age,gender and clinical stage of the patients.Chi-square statistical analysis showed that the expression level of MIR-184 was not significantly correlated with the patient's age,gender and clinical stage(respectively:P〉0.03,P〉0.99,P〉0.03).Conclusion: MIR-184 in RCC was significantly lower than that in ADTs,which may have potential significance in the occurrence and development of RCC.
