超临界二氧化碳旋转射流破岩钻井技术可以在保护油气层的同时提高勘探开发效率,依据石油钻完井的特点和超临界二氧化碳流体的特性,研制了超临界二氧化碳射流破岩试验系统,并开展了超临界二氧化碳切向注入式旋转射流破岩试验.相比高压水射流,超临界二氧化碳射流破岩效果更好,切向注入孔沿喷嘴内腔轴线非对称排列时的射流破岩效果优于对称排列,本试验条件下最佳切向注入口为3个,最佳喷距为两倍喷嘴直径,射流压力和井底环境温度越高,岩石强度越低,射流的破岩效果越好.研究结果为超临界二氧化碳在非常规油气钻井中应用提供了依据.
The oil recovery can be effectively enhanced with supercritical carbon dioxide swirl jet drilling technology under the condition of protecting the oil and gas reservoirs.The supercritical carbon dioxide drilling experimental system was developed and the rock-breaking experiments were carried out.Results frnd that the rock-breaking ability of supercritical carbon dioxide jet was much better than that of high pressure water jet.The optimum number of tangential injected entrances was three and the optimum standoff distance was twice the diameter of nozzle.The rock-breaking effect was better when the pressure and temperature of supercritical carbon dioxide swirl jet were higher and rock strength was lower.The research lays foundation for the application of supercritical carbon dioxide drilling technology in unconventional resources.
