识别技术活动行为、识别技术融合、识别技术生命周期、识别技术发展趋势、识别技术机会是企业技术竞争情报挖掘的主要目标。本文首先结合知识发现技术,从理论上探讨挖掘目标的实现策略：通过科研合作行为关联分析和基于非相关文献知识发现的科研机构潜在合作行为预测实现技术活动行为挖掘;通过共现分析实现技术融合挖掘;通过技术成熟度分析实现技术生命周期挖掘;通过技术关联分析实现技术发展趋势挖掘;通过基于关键词的形态分析实现技术机会挖掘。论文最后通过实例分析典型挖掘策略的可实现性。
英文摘要：
The goal of enterprise competitive technical intelligence mining is to identify the technology activity behavior,the technology fusion,the technology life cycle,the technology trend and opportunity.This paper explores the theory strategies to achieve the goal by applying knowledge discovery to the intelligence mining process,such as,how to mine technology activity behavior by using association analysis to uncover patterns and correlations of collaborative RD and using knowledge discovery from unrelated literature to forecast the cooperation of research institutions;how to mine technology fusion by co-occurrence analysis; how to mine the technology life cycle by analyzing maturity of technology;how to mine the technology trend by introducing relational technology analysis;and how to identifying technology opportunities through keyword-based morphology analysis.At last, this paper discusses the realizability of some typical strategies from an example.
