以铝合金A16061-T6为研究对象,采用单因素试验方法,利用MIKRONUCP800五轴联动加工中心进行了微铣槽试验,研究了主轴转速、切削深度和进给速度对顶部毛刺尺寸的影响,初步揭示了上述切削参数对顶部毛刺尺寸的影响规律,为主动控制微铣加工过程中的毛刺尺寸提供依据。
Burr formed during micro-slot milling has the most direct effect on surface quality and dimension accuracy of workpiece. Compared with other burrs, top burr having the biggest dimension makes subsequent deburring operation more difficult. To analyze the effect of spindle speed, cutting depth and feeding speed on top burr size, A16061-T6 used as research object conducted on a 5-axis machining center with the single factor method. Effect regularities of process parameters on burr dimension are preliminarily revealed, active control of burr dimension during micro-slot milling operation could be possible based on this experiment.
