以茶多酚和促进剂M为原料,通过Mannich反应制备茶多酚基多功能橡胶助剂TPM,并对其在溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)中的应用进行研究。结果表明:与促进剂M胶料相比,加入TPM的胶料的t10和t90延长,交联密度增大;硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度增大,定伸应力变化不大,耐老化性能提高。
Using tea polyphenol and accelerator M as raw materials, the tea polyphenol based multifunctional rubber additive TPM was prepared through Mannich reaction, and its application in SSBR compound was investigated. The results showed that, compared with the accelerator M compound, the t10 and t90 of TPM compound were extended, the crosslink density increased, the hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizates increased, the modulus changed little, and the aging resistance was improved.
