目的通过分析乳酸菌ATCC367在不同pH环境下的生长曲线和pH值曲线的差异,探讨乳酸菌的生长规律。方法配制不同成分、不同pH值的培养基,分别进行菌株培养并测定A。和pH值,获得生长曲线和pH变化曲线。结果乳酸菌ATCC367菌株在pH3.5和添加壳寡糖的培养基上生长受到抑制,适宜生长的pH0tg境为3.5—6.5,添加葡萄糖能促进其指数生长,添加30g/L的氨基酸可能不利于生长。结论ATCC367菌株可能根据生长环境和能量来源的不同,动态调节不同代谢途径,以获得最佳生长状态。
Objective Rown patterns of ATCC367 strain under the conditions of six different media were discussed according to growth curves and pH curves. Methods six media with different ingredients or pH value were prepared and ATCC367 strain cultures were harvested from each medium. Culture samples were collected and A6oo and pH values were determined thereafter. Growth curves and pH curves were constructed according to these data. Results Growth curves were different between ATCC367 strain cultures. In MRS+ aa pH 3.5 and MRS + aa + COS pH 6.5 media, strain growth were suppressed, pH 3.5 ~ 6.5 was suitable for its growth, glucose could extend its log phase while high concentration of amino acid maybe harmful. Conclusions ATCC367 strain may have the ability of dynamic metabolic regulation to accommodate different culture environment or energy SOUrce.
