目的应用静息态功能磁共振技术对中风偏瘫病人左侧额顶网络的特征性变化进行初步研究。方法对15例左侧偏瘫病人及与之性别和年龄相匹配的15名健康受试者进行静息态功能磁共振成像,应用独立成分分析法提取额顶网络成分进行统计分析。结果与健康受试者相比,中风偏瘫病人的左侧额顶网络中左岛叶、左中央前回、左额下回、左额中回、左中央后回等脑区的功能连接度均增强。结论静息态下中风偏瘫病人的左侧额顶网络存在多个特定脑区功能连接度增强的特征性变化,这可能是左侧中风偏瘫病人对侧代偿的表现,这为从脑功能层面探讨脑功能重塑机制提供依据。
Objective To study the change of left frontoparietal network( LFPN) in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Fifteen stroke patients with hemiplegia were recruited to undergo resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging( f MRI) scanning. Another 15 matched healthy subjects underwent same scanning for comparison. We analyzed the functional connectivity( FC) of the LFPN between stroke patients and healthy subjects by using the independent component analysis. Results Compared with healthy subjects,the stroke patients showed significantly increased FC in the LFPN. Conclusion The enhanced FC of the LFPN provided further evidence for the compensatory role played by the contralesional hemisphere during motor function recovery.
