采用水溶液直接沉淀法制备了平均粒径为167nm,粒度均匀,近似球形的LaF3纳米粉体。采用真空高压固结法在真空度10^-4 Pa条件下常温加压至1GPa制备了纳米LaF3块体材料,相对密度达到92.3%。成型过程中纳米LaF3的晶粒尺寸没有发生变化。退火处理可以使块体的相对密度有一定提高,但是同时也使晶粒尺寸明显增大。
Spherical nanocrystalline of LaF3 was synthesized with a method of direct precipitation from aqueous solutions with average grain size of 16.7nm. Nano-LaF3 bulk material was prepared by compacting the powder to 1GPa at room temperature and a vacuum of 10^-4Pa. The relative density of the bulk material was 92.3%. Grain size of nano-LaF3 did not change during the forming process. The relative density of the bulk material can be increased with annealing process. But the grain size of nano-LaF3 will also increase after annealing process.
