Xin Su received his M.S. degree in communications and electronic systems and Ph.D. degree in circuits and systems from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China （UESTC） in 1996 and 1999 respectively. He is now with the School of Information Science and Technol- ogy at Tsingtma University and Tsinghua National Laboratory for In-formation Science and Technology （TNList）, and is also the vice director of the Wireless and Mobile Communications Technology R＆D Center of Tsiughua University, chairman of IMT-Advanced Technology Work Group in MIIT （Min- istry of Industry and Information Technology of People＇s Republic of China） and vice chairman of the Innovative Wireless Technology Work Group of CCSA （China Communications Standards Association）. His research interests include broadband wireless access, wireless and mobile net- work architecture, self organizing network, software defined radio, and cooperative communications.
