本文为了研究云南个旧黄草乌(Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom.)干燥根中二萜生物碱成分,利用C18反相柱层析及硅胶柱层析分离纯化得到8个二萜生物碱.结合波谱数据和理化性质将化合物结构鉴定为hemsleyaconitine F(1),hemsleyaconitine G(2),vilmoraconitine(3),aconitramine A(4),sachaconitine(5),talatisamine (6),N-ethylhokbusine B(7)和14-O-acetylsachaconitine(8).化合物1,2,4,6,7为首次从黄草乌中分离得到.
To study the diterpenoid alkaloids from the dry roots of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom. in Gejiu, Yunnan, 8 diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated by C18 reversed phase column chromatography and silica column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as hemsleyaconitines F ( 1 ) and G (2), vilmoraconitine (3), aconitramine A (4), sachaconitine ( 5 ), talatisamine (6), N-ethylhokbusine B (7) and 14-O-acetylsachaconitine (8) by modern spectroscopy as well as physico-chemical analysis. Compounds 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 were isolated from Aconitum vilmorinianum for the first time.
