The ultimate aim of organizational networking development is to participate in and ensure value creation of enterprises in a better way, while its effectiveness is also ultimately reflected in value creation of enterprises, thus necessitating a mode on the nonlinear nature between organizational networking development and value creation of enterprises. Then the mode, a comprehensive evaluation mode of organizational networking and value creation are constructed. Examples show that the application of ANN in organizational networking development evaluation is feasible and effective. The construction of the model expands the application of ANN in the field of organizational networking development.
