近年来由于突出的可延展性、适应性和便携性,可延展柔性电子已成为电子产业界和学术界的研究热点。通过硅等无机脆性材料与柔软的弹性基体的精巧结合,可使电子器件保持优异电学性能的同时具有柔性和可延展性。首先介绍了柔性电子的概念和特征,分析对比了电子器件实现柔性化的几种方法;其次综述了可延展柔性电子技术的发展现状,重点探讨了可延展柔性电子技术相关研究进展及存在的不足;最后对柔性电子技术的发展前景进行了分析预测,认为未来柔性电子技术会率先在生物医药、信息和通信、航空航天领域实现突破,进而引发电子行业的技术革命。
In recent years, owing to the high extensibility, applicability and portability, the stretchable and flexible electronic becomes a research focus of electronic industry and academia. By means of the ingenious combination of inorganic brittle materials such as silicon with soft elastic substrates,the electronic devices can keep the excellent electrical performances and be able to obtain flexible and extensible capability. Firstly, the concept and characteristics of flexible electronics are introduced. Then, several methods of the realization of flexible electronic devices are analyzed and compared. Secondly,the developments of stretchable flexible electronic technology are reviewed. The relevant research progresses and the deficiencies of stretchable and flexible electronic technology are mainly discussed. Finally,the prospect of flexible electronics is analyzed and predicted. It is considered that the flexible electronic technology will firstly make the breakthrough in the biological medicine,information and communication,aviation and aerospace field,and then will revolutionize the technology of electronic industry.
