利用环状三官能度引发剂3,6,9-三乙基-3,6,9-三甲基-1,4,7-三过氧烷(TETMTPA)中过氧键相继分解的特性引发苯乙烯聚合得到含有过氧键的聚苯乙烯预聚物(PSP),它进一步引发另一单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)聚合得到聚苯乙烯-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段共聚物.预聚物中过氧键的存在及位置通过DSC,TG,GPC等方法得到证实,利用GPC,FTIR,NMR等对嵌段共聚物进行了表征.结果表明,利用TETMTPA可以合成聚苯乙烯-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段共聚物,预聚物中的过氧键含量及嵌段共聚物中的摩尔比率与反应时间有关.
The polymerization of styrene using cyclic triperoxoane-3,6,9-triethyl-3,6,9-trimethyl-1,4,7-triperoxoane(TETMTPA) as initiator was investigated and the polystyrene with peroxide(PSP) was obtained.The polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) was prepared using the peroxide groups in PSP to initiate the second monomer methyl methacrylate.Using DSC,TG and GPC,the existence of peroxide groups in PSP and their position were confirmed.And the block copolymer was characterized with GPC,FTIR,NMR.The results show that the polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) can be synthesized with TETMTPA.The content of peroxide groups in PSP and the molar ratio of PS and PMMA in copolymer are related to the reaction time.
