本文主要研究一个供应商和一个零售商组成的周期检查且生产率为决策变量的供应链库存问题。供应商的生产是批对批的,即零售商每过一个周期的时间检查一次库存并发出订货,制造开始生产这批订货量。本文将提前期表示为零售商每周期的订货量与供应商的生产率的比值,并且需求服从正态分布,提前期内允许缺货,并产生缺货损失。并将提前期控制问题转换为生产率决策问题。文章分析了两种模型:分散库存决策模型和联合库存决策模型,设计两种迭代方法求解模型的最优解,给出了数值实例以及灵敏度分析。本文的结论有助于指导供应链库存控制的实践活动。
This paper tbcuses on the inventory model of supply chain based on a periodic review inventory system with controlla- ble production rate consisting of a single vendor and a single buyer. The vendor produces to order taking every ordering cycle time on a lot - to - lot basis. And lead time is presented by the division of the buyer' s cycle demand which follows a normal distribu- tion and the vendor' s production rate. Stock - out is allowed in the lead time, and shortage cost is considered in the models. The problem of controllable lead time is transited to the production rate issue. This article analyzes two models : one side optimal in- ventory model and an integrated inventory model, against which an eftective iterative procedure is developed for the optimal poli- cy. Numerical examples along with sensitivity analysis are used to illustrate the benefit of controllable production rate. The re- search results are helpful to inventory control practice in supply chain management.
