研究了用氢氧化钠从瓦斯灰中提取锌,考察了氢氧化钠浓度、固液质量体积比、浸出温度、反应时间及搅拌速度对锌浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在初始氢氧化钠浓度为6mol/L、固液质量体积比1∶10、浸出温度80℃、反应时间60min、搅拌速度600r/min条件下,锌浸出率为63%。浸出反应动力学分析结果表明,锌浸出过程受扩散与化学反应混合控制。
Zinc was leached from blast furnace dust with sodium hydroxide .The results indicate that w hen the initial sodium hydroxide concentration is 6 mol/L ,the leaching rate of zinc can reach 63% at the conditions of solid to liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 10 ,leaching temperature of 80 ℃ ,leaching time of 60 minutes ,and stirring speed of 600 r/min .T he kinetics analysis demonstrate that the leaching process is controlled by diffusion and chemical reaction .
