采用大田小区试验,研究了不同施肥量和栽培密度对油菜植株体内可溶性糖和游离氨基酸总量及其与籽粒产量关系的影响。结果表明,不同种植密度和施肥水平对油菜可溶性糖总量、游离氨基酸总量以及油菜籽粒产量影响较大,油菜可溶性糖总量和游离氨基酸总量与油菜籽粒产量达到了极显著的正相关水平;高施肥量和适宜的种植密度对油菜可溶性糖总量和游离氨基酸总量具有极显著的促进效应,从总体上看,油菜产量随着施肥量的增加直线上升;随种植密度的变化趋势,除了高施肥量处理呈先增加后下降的趋势变化外,其他处理都是随着种植密度的增加而缓慢上升,以高施肥量+22.5万/hm2处理最好。
In this paper,we studied the effects of different fertilizer and planting density on the soluble sugar and free amino acids in stem and leaf, and their effect on grain yield of rapeseed. The result showed that different planting densities and fertilizer levels had a great impact on total soluble sugar and total free amino acids of oilseed rape plant, as well as rapeseed grain yield. Total amounts of soluble sugar and free amino acids had a very significant positive correlation with rape grain yield. High fertilization and suitable planting density had a remarkable promoting effect on the total amount of soluble sugars and free amino acids in oilseed rape. Overall, the production of oilseed rape increased quickly with the increase of the amount of fertilizer,but yield increased slowly with the increase of planting density,except for an upward- downward trend in the high fertilization treatment. The treatment of high fertilizer+225 thousand plants per hectare is most conductive in oilseed rape.
