强烈采动作用下岩巷围岩塑性区恶性扩展的控制研究

采用理论分析、数值计算和现场试验等手段,研究了支护阻力对巷道围岩应力场的影响,分析了支护阻力对围岩塑性区及其分布形态的作用,对比了塑性区均匀扩展与恶性扩展对巷道变形的影响。认为在常规支护条件下支护阻力对围岩应力场分布影响有限,难以遏制塑性区恶性扩展;塑性区恶性扩展所导致的巷道变形远大于均匀扩展相同面积的巷道变形,控制塑性区恶性扩展是维护巷道围岩稳定的有效途径。以江西高坑矿采动影响下暗皮带斜井的加固为工程背景,研究通过敏感部位局部加强来控制塑性区恶性扩展的方法,提出"整体加固+局部加强"的支护方案并实施。现场实践表明,暗皮带斜井在上覆煤层采动过程中围岩得到较好的控制,保证了该巷道的长期稳定。

英文摘要:

Through theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and field test, the influence of support resistance on surrounding rock stress and its plastic zone distribution was studied and the influences of malignant expansion and even expansion of the plastic zone on the roadway deformation were compared. The results have shown that support resistance in normal conditions has limited effect on the distribution of the surrounding rock stress, hard to limit malignant expansion of the plastic zone; the roadway deformation caused by malignant expansion of the plastic zone is much larger than that caused by even expansion of the plastic zone; therefore the control over malignant expansion of the plastic zone is the effective way to maintain the roadway surrounding rock stability. With the blind incline shaft reinforcement in Gaokeng mine in Jiangxi Province as the engineering background, the supporting scheme of "integral consolidation+local reinforcement" has been proposed and implemented based on the method of controlling the malignant expansion via strengthening the surrounding rock sensitive regions. Field practice showed that this supporting scheme can control the blind incline shaft surrounding rock effectively during the overlying coal seam mining, and maintain long-term stability in the blind incline shaft.
