以异丙醇铝、磷酸、正硅酸乙酯为反应原料,三乙胺作为模版剂,在180℃下水热晶化4d合成出粒径均一、分散性好的不同形貌SAPO-34分子筛。采用XRD、SEM和TG对样品进行表征分析,系统研究了陈化时间、HF对产物形貌的影响。结果表明,延长陈化时间能使分子筛晶体的形貌发生明显变化,晶体由立方体向球形变化;F-的引入改变了晶体生长方式,从而使晶体形貌发生改变。
SAPO-34 molecular sieve with the uniform particle size,good dispersion and different morphologies was compounded at 180 ℃ for 4 days by adopting hydrothermal synthesis with Al(OPri)3,H3PO4,TEOS as the reaction material,TEA as the temple.The products were characterized by XRD,SEM and TG.The crystal morphology changed significantly with extending aging time,leading to the transforms of cube to sphere.The introduction of F-can change the growing mode of crystal,and then change the crystal morphology.
