Energy is the foundation of modern civilization of the modern industry. Amount of energy importing from abroad made China＇ s energy security face more challenges than ever. To secure its energy and accelerate its economic development healthy and more sustainable China has been implemented a series of diplomatic activities.This paper aim to contribute to Chinese energy undertakings and its diplomacy by analyzing its international background,finding that hasn＇t been done and giving some practical suggestions.
