随着中日间贸易往来的不断深化,市场对掌握商务日语的专业人才的需求也不断扩大。尽管商务日语教育经过长久探索,在教学目标的调整、教学内容的细化、教学理论方法的探索上,都取得了诸多成果,但仍存在忽视商务礼仪教育等亟待解决的问题。本文从商务礼仪的角度入手,探索其在商务日语教育中的必要性与可行性。同时,在案例教学法指导下,根据基于案例主题的问卷调查更有针对性地设定教学目标,通过对"客户拜访"场景下的具体教学过程、教学效果的描述,对该教学法下知识点掌握的准确性、持久性等优势进行定量分析。
With the growth of the trade between China and Japan, the demand for professionals with proficient business Japanese is also growing rapidly. After the long development of Business Japanese education, people have made a lot of achievements in adjusting teaching objectives, refining teaching contents and exploring teaching methods. However, there are still a lot of issues to be solved. For instance, people fail to attach great importance to business etiquette. This paper focuses on this very issue, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of etiquette teaching in Business Japanese education. Meanwhile, under the guidance of the case teaching method, we set teaching objectives more specifically based on the survey of case study. In the paper, after the description of the teaching procedures and effects of the "customer visit" scenario, the author conducts a quantitative analysis about the accuracy and persistency of the learning effects.
