提出一种改进型零电流全桥变换器,通过一个并联有源辅助网络实现主开关管和辅助开关管的零电流开通关断,运用状态空间平均法对该变换器进行了小信号分析,建立了较为准确的小信号数学模型。对控制函数中出现的Boost电路常见的右半平面的零点提出了解决办法,使系统动态性能得到极大改善。仿真结果验证了小信号模型和补偿环节的正确性。
An improved zero-current-switching full bridge DC-DC converter was proposed,by using a shunt active auxiliary circuit which achieved ZCS for the main switches and auxiliary switch.The small-signal model of the converter was analyzed by state-space averaging method,and a quite accurately small signal mathematical model was built.A solution to the right half plane zero point in the control function was proposed,which usually appears in Boost circuit,and the dynamic performance of system got greatly improving.The simulation report showed that the small signal model and the compensating link were correct.
