Critical and creative thinking is an integral thinking, which including critical thinking and creative thinking, in which critical thinking faces to analyze problems,while creative thinking faces to solve problems.Training critical and creative thinking of college students of law is the main aim of current innovation of legal teaching quality, which would help them to comprehensively,critically,dialectically and innovatively think and solve problems.
