污泥对神府煤灰熔点的影响

研究了神府煤(A)、污泥(W1)、改性污泥(W2)以及煤污泥混合物(AW1、AW2)的灰熔融特性,发现W1、7/2分别加入神府煤中可以不同程度地降低煤的灰熔点。W1添加30.74g时,污泥煤灰的熔融温度降到最低,流动温度(胛)降幅程度达到63℃;W2加量为51.23g时,FT降低82℃。通过XRD分析了煤、污泥及混合物中的矿物质组分,并比较了AW1、AW2混合灰在不同特征温度下矿物质的形态演变。结果表明,W1加入A中后,生成了新的矿物质氯磷灰石,并且降低了石英、硬石膏、赤铁矿这三种主要矿物质的转化温度,从而降低了煤的灰熔点;W2降低煤灰熔点的主要原因在于W2中有大量的金属钠离子,混合灰在不同特征温度下主要发生钠类矿物质的转变。

The ash fusion characteristics of Shenfu coal (A), sewage sludge (W1), modified sewage sludge (W2) and the mixture of coal and sewage sludge (AW1, AW2 ) were studied. The Shenfu coal with the addition of W1 and W2 has lower fusibility temperature than coal and sludge. When 30.74 g W1 ash is added to A ash, the ash fusion temperature reduces by 63 ℃ and reaches the lowest point, and when 51.23 g W2 ash is added to A ash, the ash fusion temperature decreases by 82 ℃ and reaches the minimum. The analysis of the mineral matter of coal, sewage sludge and mixture was conducted by XRD diffractograms and the transformation of mineral matter in the mixture of AWl, AW2 at different temperatures was compared. The result shows that chloroapatite is formed and the transformation temperature of quartz, anhydrite, and hematite decreases when W1 is added to coal ; while plenty of sodium in W2 and the transformation of sodium-mineral matters in WA2 coal-sewage sludge mixture at different temperatures are the main reasons for the lowering of ash fusion temperature.
