Because of characteristics of distribution and collaboration of services, it is necessary to collaborate between different service contract library systems. However, most service contract library systems follow their own standards for the service contacts and the classifying of service contracts, etc. In order to solve the problems, this paper presents a meta-model for modeling distributed service contract library systems. The paper fLrSt describes a function model followed by most service contract library systems, and then presents the meta-model from views of the structure of service contract library systems and the connectivity of service contract library systems based on the function model. The meta-model is extended in UML, and a UML profile is formed. Further, The paper describes the Jade-Bird distributed service contract library model that is modeled with the profile.
