以Al2O3-MgO-P2O5磷酸盐为粘结剂,采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备了多孔陶瓷,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、排水法和压缩实验等表征了多孔陶瓷的孔隙特征、物相组成和力学性能。结果表明,Al2O3-MgO-P2O5磷酸盐的加入不仅保证了浆料在泡沫体上的均匀涂覆,而且促进了陶瓷的烧结。得到的多孔陶瓷具有相互连通、分布均匀的孔隙结构(大孔孔径在200~500μm,还有约为3μm微孔),平均孔隙率为85.9%±1.6%。这种由HA、β-Ca2P2O7和少量的Mg3(PO4)2与Al(PO3)3组成的复合磷酸盐陶瓷具有良好的力学性能,其平均压缩强度为(1.04±0.15)MPa。
The porous ceramics were prepared by the foam impregnation technology using Al2O3-MgO-P2O5 as binder.Porous properties,crystalline phase and mechanical property were investigated by using scan emission microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),archimedes drainage method,and compression tests.It showed that Al2O3-MgO-P2O5 phosphate not only promoted sintering of ceramics,but also improved coating of ceramic slurry over the foams uniformly.The obtained ceramics have connective,uniform pore structures with macro-pores about 200~500 μm diameter,micro-pores about 3 μm diameter and average porosity of 85.9%±1.6%.Porous ceramics were polyphosphates composed of HA,β-Ca2P2O7 and few Mg3(PO4)2,Al(PO3)3 and the average compressive strength was(1.04±0.15)MPa.
