The property of music is explained and interpreted on aspects of the essence of music, the linguistic nature of music, the time of music, the illusion of music, and the three elements of music （composer, performer, and listener） by taking the music aesthetic thoughts in Susanne K. Langer＇s Feeling and Form as a starting point. This paper tried to extend Langer＇s theoretical interpretation therefore perfected and concreted of music with her symbol aesthetics, from the life form of human to the music itself, and the concepts of music.
