利用组织切片及超薄切片电镜技术对患血卵涡鞭虫病拟穴青蟹的肝胰腺、步足肌、心肌和鳃4种组织进行病理学分析,探讨该病的致病机理。组织病理显示:呈变质性炎症,肝小管缩小,空泡化;心肌、步足肌肌纤维断裂,排列疏松;鳃上皮组织变性、坏死;在肝小管管腔间、肌纤维间和鳃腔中寄生有大量血卵涡鞭虫。超微病理显示:肝胰腺细胞形态不规则,细胞核萎缩;心肌、步足肌肌丝断裂,线粒体脊断裂、萎缩、空泡化;鳃组织细胞结构破坏,线粒体数量减少。实验结果表明:拟穴青蟹血卵涡鞭虫病的组织细胞结构发生明显的病理变化,伴随有毒代谢产物的释放,病理损伤加重,病蟹的摄食能力逐渐衰退或丧失,终致死亡。
Tissues from the hepatopancreas, paraeiopod, heart and gill of Scylla paramamosain with Hematodinium-infection were examined histologically to elucidate the pathogenic role of this parasite. Conventional histological examination with light microsco-py revealed that the infected crab had liver inflammation with the shrunk hepatic ducts and necrotic hepatic cells;the cardiac and skel-eton muscle cells were destructed;and gill epithelial cells showed signs of necrosis. The organism, Hematodiniumsp., was seen in tissues. Transmission electron microscopic study confirmed the infection of Hematodinium sp. The ultrastructural examination showed pyknosis in hepatic cells, the destructions of muscular fibers, injury of mitochondria, decreasing number of mitochondria and necrosis of cells of gill tissue. The examinations confirmed that the profound alterations occurred in the crab in the wake of the infec-tion of Hematodiniumsp.
