针对实际进水量不足、池容设计偏大等引起的长水力停留时间(HRT)下序批式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺运行问题,结合陕南某城市污水处理厂循环式活性污泥工艺(CAST)启动、调试工程,研究了CAST在不同HRT条件下的运行特性,通过调整、优化污水处理厂运行方式、控制曝气时间等措施解决了长HRT下CAST的启动与运行问题。结果表明,在进水COD为300-450mg/L和NH3-N的质量浓度为30-45mg/L条件下,调整HRT为33.5h,运行工况为闲置、进水、曝气共2~4h,沉淀1h,出水1h,可以保持COD和NH3-N的去除率分别为90%和75%的出水效果。
The actual influent shortage and the too large volume of actual basin which bad caused the long hydraulic retention time, where questions raised in the operation of the SBR process. Combined with the startup and commissioning engineering of CAST process in a sewage treamaent plant which located in southern Shanxi Province, the operating characteristics of CAST process under different HRT conditions were researched. The startup and operation problems of CAST process under long hydraulic retention time were solved through the adjustment and optimization of sewage treatment plant operation mode and aeration time control. The results showed that when the influent COD and mass concentration of NH;N were 300-450 mg/L and 30-45 mg/L respectively, the removal rate of COD and NH3-N could be above 90% and 75%, respectively. With keeping hydraulic retention time was adjusted to 33.5 h, with idle/water/aeration operation condition being 2-4 h, precipitation 1 h and discharging time 1 h.
