对于已建成投产使用的工厂或规划用地无法满足爆炸碎片防护所需的安全距离时,考虑在事故源和目标之间用拦网的方式来降低所需的防护距离.在碎片抛射分析的基础上,利用蒙特卡罗方法计算出碎片从抛射到落地之间的轨迹,进而得到爆炸碎片在有拦网的情况下碰撞周围目标的概率.研究结果表明:碰撞概率随着拦网高度的增加呈现严格的线性衰减关系;较低处的拦网对碎片的拦截效果较差.因此,在实际布局时,为了给应急逃生留出空间,同时节约拦截成本,可以从某一高度开始设置满足需要的拦网.
For the factory being used or not meeting the required safety protection distance, the barrier net was put between the accident source and objective vessel needs to be put to make up for the lack of actual distance in this paper. Based on the analysis of fragment projection, the actual fragment trajectory was calculated by Monte Carlo method. It is found that the impact probability of fragment on the objective vessel with the condition of barrier net was attained and impact probability and the height of barrier net obey a strictly inverse linear relation. The blocking probability caused by lower barrier is less. So, in the actual layout, the block net should be set from a height in order to leave space for emergency escape and save the interception cost.
