本文基于产业融合的相关理论,利用投入产出法估算浙江及全国信息产业与制造业各个行业的融合度,构建基于SCP分析框架估算产业融合对产业绩效影响的模型,从横向和纵向两个层面比较分析浙江省信息产业与制造业各行业的融合度及产业融合对制造业各行业绩效的影响效应。研究结果表明,浙江省信息产业与制造业各行业的融合度总体趋于上升;产业融合度、国有企业占比和市场开放度与产业绩效呈正相关关系,但市场集中度与产业绩效呈负相关关系。从分阶段来看,2010-2012年阶段相比于2005-2007年阶段,产业融合度对产业绩效的正向作用更为明显。为此,本文提出加强信息化基础设施建设、提高信息产业竞争力、推进＂互联网＋制造＂计划、发挥产业集聚的优势、增强企业创新能力等建议,以期进一步提升产业融合对制造业产业绩效的促进作用。

英文摘要：

Based on the theory of industrial convergence, the degree of convergence of information industry and manufacturing industries in Zhejiang and China is estimated by the input-output method. We construct a model based on SCP analysis framework to estimate the industrial performance of convergence of information industry and manufacturing industries. We compare the convergence degree of information industry and manufacturing industries of Zhejiang province and analyze the influence of industry convergence on the performance of manufacturing industry,from two aspects of horizontal and vertical. The results show that the overall trend of the degree of convergence of information industry and manufacturing industries is increasing in Zhejiang. The degree of industrial convergence,the proportion of state-owned enterprises and the degree of market openness are positively correlated with industrial performance respectively. But the relationship between market concentration and industrial performance is negative. The positive effect of industry convergence on industrial performance is more obvious in 2010- 2012,compared to 2005- 2007.Therefore,we put forward suggestions,such as strengthening the information infrastructure construction,improving the competitiveness of information industry,taking full of use of the advantages of industrial cluster and promoting the innovation ability of enterprises and so on,in order to further improve the performance of industrial convergence of manufacturing industry.
