目的探讨实时超声弹性成像(RTE)评价活体兔肝射频消融术(RFA)后消融灶范围的价值。方法对20只活体兔正常肝脏进行RFA术,术后采用RTE观察消融灶,测量其最大切面面积,并与大体测量结果进行比较。结果 20只兔RFA术后形成20个消融灶,RTE图像显示20个消融灶均呈均匀蓝色,与周围组织分界清楚。RTE测量消融灶面积与大体测量面积比较差异无统计学意义,并且两者呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 RTE可清晰显示活体兔肝射频消融灶的边界,有望成为评价射频消融灶的有效方法。
Objective To explore the value of real-time tissue elastography(RTE) in evaluating radiofrequency ablation (RFA)-induced hepatic lesions in rabbit in vivo. Methods RFA was performed in normal livers of 20 rabbits, and the ablative lesions were observed by RTE after the ablations. The area of maximum section was calculated on RTE imaging and compared with that on gross pathology. Results Twenty ablative lesions induced by RFA in normal livers of 20 rabbits showed homogeneously blue and distinguished from surrounding parenchyma on RTE imaging. No significant difference was found between RTE lesion area and gross pathology lesion area, and they showed a positive correlation (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion RFA-induced hepatic lesions are distinguished from parenchyma by RTE imaging in rabbit in vivo. RTE may be an effective method for evaluating RFA-induced lesions.
