The system of the environmental education act of Taiwan has been built up,which embodies the district＇s level high capability in legislation and achieves a lot in practice.The legislation model,the legislation idea and the institutional design and other aspects give enlightenment to the Chinese mainland.For the Chinese mainland,it may specially make environmental education law in order to build up the legal system.During the legislation,it should establish the legislation idea of culturing eco-citizens,the legislation direction of economy prompting and put the culturing environmental NGOs to enhance public participation.
