针对大盈江流域的泥沙含量及大盈江一级电站水轮机转轮投运三年的磨蚀情况,采用电火花沉积表面技术修复已磨蚀的转轮。介绍了电火花表面强化技术的基本原理、工艺和在水轮机抗磨处理上的实际应用。结果表明,该技术达到了较好的抗磨(石英砂)效果,提高了转轮的使用寿命,有效延长了水轮机的检修周期,降低了修理成本,具有广阔的应用价值和较好的经济效益。
The EDS technology was applied on erosion runner in view of sediment concentration and abrasive sit- uation of DaYing river hydropower station. The basic principles and characteristics of EDS were introduced and the effect of practical application was displayed. The results show that EDS has a ideal wear - resistant affect. It can improve the life of wheel, extend the maintenance cycle of turbine generator effectively, reduce the cost of repairing. The technology has broad application value and enormous economic benefits.
