通过烧杯试验并结合流动光学监测技术研究了高Alb聚氯化铝的混凝性能,探讨了其混凝机理。结果表明,高Alb聚氯化铝仍然具有PAC的本质特征。和普通PAC相比,高Alb聚氯化铝具有更强的电中和能力,可明显降低最佳投药量,并能改善低投药区的混凝效果。Alb含量越高,上述优势越明显。高Alb聚氯化铝的混凝机理主要为电中和与网捕卷扫作用,其混凝性能受体系pH值的影响较大。高Alb聚氯化铝在弱酸性体系中的电中和能力较强,在弱碱性体系中则较弱。提高混凝体系的pH值可使高Alb聚氯化铝的最佳投量范围变宽,并有利于提高混凝效果。
The coagulation properties of high-Alb polyaluminum chloride ( PAC ) were studied by jar test with the help of rheo-optical monitoring technique, and then its coagulation mechanisms were discussed. The results show that the high-Alb PAC is still of the essential characteristics of PAC, Compared with the common PAC, the high-Alb PAC has a much higher charge-neutralization ability, which can decrease the optimal dosage and improve the coagulation performance in low dosage evidently. The higher the Alb content is, the better the high-Alb PAC works in this respect mentioned above. The coagulation mechanisms of the high-Alb PAC function in the forms of charge-neutralization and enmeshing-sweeping. The pH of coagulation system has an effect on the coagulation performance of the high-Alb PAC. In the weak acidic system, the high-Alb PAC has a higher charge-neutralization ability while lower in the weak alkaline system. Increasing the pH of coagulation system can widen the optimal dosage range and improve the coagulation performance.
