In order to make coal and gas outburst risk assessment more intuitive and accurate,safety evaluation model is set up,systematic hierarchical structure is built and the weights of each factors are determined by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,as well as the evaluation of each factor and overall comprehensive evaluation.The result is scientific and pragmatic.
