随着高校扩招、市场机制对高等教育的渗透和互联网的普及,高校师生关系面临着极大的挑战。地方本科院校的学生素质和师资队伍相对欠缺,更容易导致不和谐的师生关系,进而影响教学质量。本课题组经过数年的观察与研究,以莆田学院药学院为例,深入分析影响地方本科院校师生关系的几大因素,对症下药,提出改善师生关系的方法和具体措施。采用文献调研法、比较研究法和问卷调查法,归纳分析这些措施所起到的成效,为地方本科院校尤其是药学专业的教师及行政人员改善师生关系提供一点经验。

英文摘要：

The relationship between teachers and students in universities is facing great challenges because of enrollment expansion of colleges,higher education influenced by the market mechanism and internet popularization.The quality of students and teaching staffs in local universities is relatively poor,which is more likely to lead to disharmonious relationship between teachers and students,thus affecting the quality of teaching.Our observations and studies were carried out by taking Putian University as object through several years,and several factors affecting the relationship between teachers and students in local universities were taken into account.And then methods and specific measures to improve the relationship between teachers and students were established.Finally,we analyze the effectiveness of these measures using literature research method,comparative research and questionnaire survey, which may provide some experience for professional teachers and administrators in local universities,especially for those major in pharmacy.
