2014年11月22日四川省甘孜藏族自治州康定县发生6.3级地震,造成大面积房屋毁坏并引发了一系列地质灾害。根据震后现场调查资料,对房屋震害、地质灾害、生命线工程震害进行了全面分析总结。分析认为,房屋结构、局部场地特征、区域构造背景是影响此次地震灾害特征的主要因素。根据对地震灾害特征的分析,提出了增强房屋抗震性能、合理选址,及时处理地质安全隐患,加强防震减灾知识宣传教育等建议。
On November 22nd 2014, a strong earthquake of magnitude 6. 3 struck Kangding county of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan, resulting in a large number of houses destroyed and leading to a series of geological disasters. According to the data of field investigation after earthquake, the seismic damage of buildings and geological disasters and earthquake damage of lifeline engineering are synthetically analyzed. By analysis, we hold that the building structure and features of local site and regional tectonic background are the main factors that influence the earthquake disaster characteristics. According to the analysis, we put forward some suggestions, including enhancing the seismic performance of buildings, selecting location reasonably and enhancing the propaganda about how to mitigate earthquake disasters.
