双馈风力发电机组可以根据电网需求调节风电场的无功功率,但是其控制属于调度管理层次,是分钟级或更长时间尺度下的无功控制技术。本文主要提出了一种用于双馈风力发电场的暂态无功补偿控制技术,针对电网故障时并网母线电压异常波动,运用所提出的控制策略,实现系统暂态意义下的无功调节并有效地抑制电网电压跌落。通过MATLAB/Simulink进行建模,对比说明电网故障时引入暂态无功补偿控制技术的效果,仿真和实验结果验证了该控制策略的有效性。
The wattless power compensation of wind power field can be regulated by the doubly-fed power wind generation set on the demand of power grid. However, its control strategy is a wattless power control technology which belongs to scheduling management and the time level of which is minute or longer. According to the abnormally fluctuates of grid bus voltage when power grid faults, this paper proposes a transient wattless power compensation control method of doubly-fed wind power generation field in order to regulate wattless power and inhibit grid voltage dropping under the circumstance of transient system. To illustrate the effect on bringing this control method to power grid when it faults, a model is established by MATALAB/Simulink. Simulation and experimental results verify that the control strategy proposed is effective exactly.
