以平煤六矿丁5-6煤层为工程背景,建立相似模拟实验模型,分析回采工作面回采过程中底板的应力变化情况以及预留保护煤柱支承压力的变化规律。结果表明:随着工作面的推进,底板集中应力向保护煤柱传递,最后在煤柱周围形成应力增高区,应力集中系数取值范围为1.00-7.33。该结论为该矿新建斜井顺利穿越丁5-6煤层应力集中区及采空区的支护提供依据。
Taking the No. 6 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan as engineering background,established an analog simulation test experimental model,and analyzed the variation of pressure on the floor of mining process in working face and change laws of reserved protective coal pillar supporting pressure. The result of simulation test shows that the concentrated stress of floor pass to the protective coal pillar with the working face advancing,and finally forms stress-increased area around the coal pillar. Stress concentration coefficients ranges from 1. 00 to 7. 33. It provides basis for the supporting of the new mine inclined shaft crossing the stress concentration area and gob of No. 6 Coal Mine smoothly.
