快易网球是国际网球联合会在全球推广的一个针对儿童及网球初学者的一个培训平台,该教学法是在国际网球教育专家根据各国网球教学实践经过多年的科学研究的基础上总结出来的,更加的适用于网球运动的本质规律,近年来在我国的网球培训学校中得到了广泛使用。该研究通过文献资料、SWOT分析等方法,系统分析快易网球教学方法在高校网球教学中应用的SWOT（优势,弱势,机遇,威胁）,并根据SWOT矩阵模型和思路,组合成SO、W0、ST、WT四种方式。提出促进快易网球教学方法在高校网球教学中应用的策略。
英文摘要：
the quick and easy tennis is the International Tennis Federation in the global promotion of a system of training for children and tennis beginners.The teaching method is the international tennis experts in education for many years according to the national tennis teaching practice and scientific research results are summarized, more in line with the nature of the rules of the tennis movement, in recent years in our country tennis training school has been widely used.In this study,through literature method and SWOT analysis method,a systematic analysis of the quick and easy tennis teaching method in college tennis teaching application of SWOT（strengths,weakness,opportunity and threat） and according to the SWOT matrix model and thinking, a combination of so,W0,St,WT in four ways.The strategy of promoting the fast and easy to use in the teaching of tennis in Colleges and universities.
