我国的高硫铝土矿资源较为丰富,但在氧化铝生产过程中,硫累积到一定量时会对生产造成严重的危害。因此,随着氧化铝工业的发展,在高品质铝土矿资源日益减少的情况下,对高硫铝土矿资源进行有效的开发和利用是十分必要的。目前使用脱硫剂湿法脱硫处理高硫铝土矿具有更易于实现生产工业化的优势,因此,本文对常用的脱硫剂氧化锌、氧化钙、氧化钡和铝酸钡湿法处理高硫铝土矿的效果及其优缺点进行评述。
China has abundant resources of high sulfur bauxite. However, serious hazard will be brought to production when sulfur has been accumulated to a certain amount during the production process of alumina. Therefore, it is essential to effectively develop and utilize high sulfur bauxite resources with the development of alumina industry and the increasing reduction of bauxite resources of high qualities. At present, advantages of industrial production will be easily realized by adopting wet desulfurization with desulfurizers to process high sulfur bauxite. Therefore, comments were given on effects, advantages and disadvantages of wet processing for high sulfur bauxite with common desulfurizers including zinc oxide, calcium oxide, barium oxide and barium aluminate.
