In this paper, a new class of generalized mixed quasi-variational inclusions with fuzzy set-valued mappings in Hilbert spaces is introduced and studied. By using the resolvent operator associated with （H,η） -monotone mappings, a new iterative algorithm is given and an existence theorem of solutions for this kind of variational inclusions is established and discussed. The results presented in this paper improve and unify some recent results in this field.
