成骨细胞参与的骨形成与破骨细胞参与的骨吸收之间的动态平衡,是骨改建过程中的关键。甲状旁腺激素(PTH)是维持机体钙、磷代谢平衡的重要激素。PTH对骨代谢具有双重效应:间歇应用PTH促进骨形成;而持续应用PTH会诱发骨吸收,但其机制仍不明确。明确PTH对骨代谢双重效应的机制,是今后研究的重点,将有助于更好地应用PTH骨合成效应治疗骨质疏松症,并有可能利用其双重效应治疗骨发育畸形。
[Summary] The delicate balance between bone formation by osteoblasts and bone resorption by osteoclasts plays a key role in bone remodeling.PTH is one of the important hormones which regulate calcium and phosphate homeostasis.PTH has dual effects on bone metabolism: continuous administration of PTH causes bone resorption,intermittent administration induces bone formation,but the mechanism is unclear.It will be the research focus to identify the mechanism,and this will be helpful to use the anabolic actions of PTH for osteoporosis treatment.In future,using the dual effects of PTH on bone metabolism may be a novel therapy for bone malformation.
